Mrs. Fowler's assignments

I trust that you all had a good day at school. I am excited to get to know each of you.
I know that several of you mentioned that you could not work the google calendar for literature. If you click on the calendar, then you should be able to use the arrow keys to scroll up and down. I hope this works.

I appreciate the fact that most of you were prepared for class. Keep working hard.

Literature: Read pages 41-81 in A Golden Christmas. Define each vocabulary word and be ready for a quiz.

6. Four More States join the Confederacy
7. West Va. is born
8. Four Slave States in the Union

5/6 History: Do research about your heritage and prepare a 3 paragraph paper on the
contributions your native country made to the world. ( Please use examples up to
present day.)
