I don't know about the rest of of you, but I'm not sure we have had any event at Trinity so honoring to the Lord. The Jones family did a great job with the spirituals and the explanations.

I hope you all learned something. I know I did. Thanks for all of you who participated.

Literature: Finish reading Red Badge of Courage.

Review all the vocabulary on former blogs. ( you will not have a quiz on Tuesday)

Test will be on Friday, October 16th.

7th/8th History: Make cards of the following battles:

June 1864 The Siege of Petersburg

August 1864 Sherman's Atlanta Campaign

November 1864 Sherman's March to the Sea

Sept.-Nov 1864 Sherman in Atlanta

December 1864 Sherman at the Sea

Jeffrey and Jackson will share about Gettysburg on Tuesday.

No memory work until after the test! I decided to wait until

it would mean more to you. That means a reprieve for Gettysburg Address.

5th/6th History: Review Chapter 5 of SOW.

We will review in class and test on Friday.
